-If you have sunburn or a rash on your face during the time of the procedure

-If you have taken blood thinners or medication that thins your blood within the last 48 hours

*It is your responsibility to notify your artist of any known allergies before your appointment. You must be 18 years or older to have this procedure done. A valid ID is required at the time of your service.

-If you have had previous cosmetic tattooing on your eyebrows, you must email photos of your existing tattoos before booking an appointment. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, discolored, or too large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we can begin your corrective work/cover up.

-Corrective work generally requires multiple sessions to achieve the best possible results and will be charged accordingly.

*We cannot guarantee the results of corrective/cover-up work, but we will provide you with our best efforts in providing you with quality service.

-A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the final cost of the procedure.

-You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. All cancellations or no-shows forfeit their deposit.

-Please contact us if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment that day. A new deposit will be required to reschedule an appointment that was cancelled due to lateness or no shows.

-All appointments and deposits are non-transferable. If you wish to switch your appointment to a different artist you must first cancel your appointment and re-book with the new artist and a new deposit will be required.
